Doula care is an investment in peace of mind. As your doula I will walk along side you, making sure you are heard, seen, and nurtured. You will feel grounded and empowered with my calming presence and evidence based support. Most importantly I will protect your sacred birth space by ensuring it stays sacred even if things don't go to plan. Please see my pricing and packages below.
All doula/ birth plan clients will have a free meet and greet before making a decision and be given $25 off of a newborn photoshoot once you sign on. Photoshoot packages are available!
Pricing Packages
Full Birth Doula
This package includes pregnancy, labor, birth, and immediate postpartum support
- 2-4 prenatal visits
- Unlimited text and phone support from the moment you pick me as your doula
- Customized birth plan
- On-call support 37 weeks until delivery
- Labor support whenever you feel you need me or active labor
- I will stay with you for 1-2 hours after birth to establish bonding and feeding
- 1-2 postpartum visits once you're back at home
- Text and phone support up to 6 weeks postpartum.

Labor and Birth Only
This package is for moms who don't feel like they need the extra support through pregnancy but would benefit from doula support in labor.

Customized Birth Plan
This is available for moms anywhere! I will have a consultation with you and send you a birth plan form. You then will have phone and text support to ask questions and read resources to create your dream birth plan. Once you've completed the form I will send you a customized birth plan to share with your birth team. If you change your mind before you give birth you will be able to make unlimited changes to it until you give birth.

My Process
1.Book your meet and greet and fill out my intake form
I book my meet and greets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can book online here. If you don't see anything that works for you or you need a different day send me a text! I'm always happy to accommodate. 403-877-4479
2.meet and greet
We can meet up at a coffee shop or we can do a zoom meeting. We will get to know each other and discuss what kind of support you're looking for and what kind of birth you're envisioning. these meeting usually last about an hour or so. I will send you off with some information and a copy of my contract to review and then you will have as much time as you need to decide if you want to have me as your doula.
3.payment and contract
Once you've decided on having me as your doula. I will send you my contract electronically to sign and then a deposit of 30% can be sent by E- transfer or by card (debit, credit, apple pat ect.) flexible payment and payment plans are available. I believe every woman deserves to have a doula!
4.You have a doula
Once the contract is signed and payment is received I am officially your doula! How exciting?!
